How It All Began

JP Modelling Studio was founded over 25 years ago by Samir Shah with a singular vision: to bring the elegance and emotional depth of editorial photography to the families and couples of Surat.

What started as a one-person studio in a modest space near Bhatar Char Rasta has grown into one of the most respected names in Gujarat photography — a legacy built frame by frame, story by story.

When Nirav Shah joined as co-director, the studio took a bold new direction — embracing cinematic videography, product photography, and high-end corporate documentation while staying rooted in the emotional, intimate style that made JP Modelling Studio a household name.
